FiveCord respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
Information we collect
When you use FiveCord Cloud, we collect:
- Your Discord user ID (for account identification)
- Plugin and theme configuration data you choose to sync
- Basic usage analytics (anonymized, optional)
FiveCord itself runs locally on your device. We do not collect message content, voice data, or server information.
How we use your data
Cloud data is used solely to sync your settings across devices. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data security
All cloud data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authenticated sessions tied to your Discord account.
Your rights
You can delete your cloud data at any time from the FiveCord settings panel. Upon deletion, all synced configuration is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
